RETIRED Dr.William Treichel
After completing his undergraduate studies at the University of New Orleans, Dr. Treichel
transferred to Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, Missouri. He graduated in 1988 with a
bachelors degree in Human Biology and a doctorate in Chiropractic Medicine.
He practiced for 4 years in Illinois then moved to Crawfordville to fill in for a Tallahassee
Chiropractor who had suffered a stroke. In November of 1993 he opened his practice in Crawfordville and covered both locations until 2000, then devoted all his talents to his Crawfordville location.
NOVEMBER 26, 2019 Dr. Treichel retired and sold his practice to Dr. Anna Batten-Lange.
Here is Dr. Treichel's Retirement Letter he posted in the news Paper:
My dear friends,
For some time now, many of you have been asking if or when I'm going to retire.
While I usually respond with an off handed reply, the truth is I have been looking for the right person to replace me. I have found that person in Dr. Anna Batten-Lange.
Dr. Anna Batten-Lange has over 20 years of experience in chiropractic having had her own clinic in Tarpon Springs. For the past 8 years she has been practicing in Tallahassee and residing in Crawfordville with her husband, Leif, and her two boys.
Dr. Anna's clinical skills and patient centered approach to Chiropractic are very similar to and in many ways exceed mine.
Friends, it has been a privilege to serve you these past 26 years. From my very first opening in November of 1993 you have always received me as a member of your community. Indeed, as a member of your family. I have shared the joys of your births and the sadness of your losses. I have watched your sons grow to men and your daughters into women with families of their own. But, at 73 Years of age (surprise), it is time for me to move on and write the next chapter of my life.
I leave you in the skilled and capable hands of Dr. Anna.
William Treichel D.C.
